This project consisted
of heavy gauge exterior walls, heavy gauge roof truss system and a STO exterior
insulation finish system. The project schedule called for us to complete the
entire exterior during the winter of 2000 under terrible winter storms. We
utilized a shrink wrap hoarding over scaffold and complete our work on time
and on schedule. Please notice the detail work of the EIFS system.

This
project consisted of exterior heavy gauge walls system with brick veneer. The
interior of mall was typical demised retail spaces, the main concourse was an
elaborate fiber reinforced gypsum wall, ceilings, spandrels, columns. The interior
of atrium skylights where enhanced with large gypsum arches. This project was
completed on a three phase, fast tract schedule and utilizing large section
of scaffold platforms to reach working 50' height.
New
heavy gauge parapets and STO exterior stucco system applied over existing brick
to create new facade. New stucco insulated soffits.
